Pacific Ventures is also actively involved in a variety of projects that include sustainable design and construction and is a leader in the development of initiatives and technologies that support the Greening of the Government, such as LEEDS certification. The projects that Pacific Ventures is directly involved with are of a design-build nature, where Pacific Ventures has been an active participant in the evaluation and promotion of Green Building strategies, as well as the design/bid/build method, which requires a partnership among the owner, architect and Pacific Ventures to apply Build Green initiatives to the project. “Green” strategies have been incorporated into the projects from the commencement of demolition of existing buildings through the operation and maintenance of new facilities.
